Q: We have player who won a match by default. It is showing up in the match report, but the win is not reflected in her season stats. What did we do wrong?

A: In terms of defaults, walkovers, or matches in which a player “retires,” etc., a point must be played in a match between to players for it to count towards an individual's w/l record. Otherwise, it will count in the team record for the match but not the individual's record.
