In addition to scoring
and statistics software, we also sell several hardware products
that are used with data terminals for stats display during games.
Using our TC32 program, game stats can be sent from TC32 to a single
data terminal, or to a "splitter" that allows display on multiple
terminals. This is done via a serial or "COM" port on the computer,
and is not video output. Because it is serial output, standard RJ11/12
lines or cables can be used instead of the heavier "computer" or
video cables. These lines can be run several hundred feet without
any type of booster or amplifier. To use this feature, you will
need the following:
- a computer running Windows (95, 98, Me, 2000, NT, or XP) with
an available serial port
- the current version of TC32 (this can be download for free from
our web site at http://www.statcrew.com/download)
- the current version of the scoring software
- a null modem cable to connect the computer to a data terminal
or to a "splitter"
- a line "splitter" that allows connection of multiple data terminals
to one line
- RJ11/12 lines or cables (one per data terminal) with 25 pin
adapters
- data terminals for the stats display (these must be VT52, VT100,
or WYSE 50 compatible)

we sell. For current prices or to place an order, click HERE.

CABLES
RJ11 cables run from the scoring computer to stats
display "data terminals". RJ11 cables can be purchased
in the following lengths: 25, 50, 100, 150, and 200 feet.

RJ11 COUPLER
A coupler allows you to connect two RJ11 lines together,
or to connect one RJ11 line to a splitter. For example, if your
scoring computer is located on the opposite side of the court from
your stats display terminals, you can run a RJ11 line around the
court and connect it to a splitter using a coupler. Then connect
the stats display terminals to the splitter.
