Helpful Hints for online ordering:
* Before ordering, click the "Login" button at the online store. Register with login name and password. Use this to order and download the software as soon as the order is paid.
* For software upgrades, enter the serial number in exact format as it appears on your previous version, for example, AA-######-##### (capital letters, and dashes must be entered)
* In legacy (DOS) software, Xml activation (for both the FTP and copy-to options) expires July 31 of each year. Purchase of the upgrade ($165 per sport) will automatically renew the Xml activation in the legacy software for another year. Note the legacy software will continue to run without upgrading each year, but there will be no "live" Xml functions.
* Stat Crew Next Generation requires an annual subscription for continued use. The software will not continue to operate unless the subscription is renewed by July 31 annually.
* We cannot take credit card numbers by phone, mail, fax, or email.
* To pay by check instead of credit card, ship charges will apply (download option is NOT available for check orders).
